Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand how challenging it can be to navigate the current market as a buyer, and I realize that the outcome was not as you had hoped. One of the hardest calls as agents we must make is to inform another agent that their buyer’s offer was not accepted. We had an abundance of showings with multiple offers on this property, and we had a very positive experience with all cooperating agents involved, including yours. The homeowners are elderly and have not bought or sold a home in over 45 years, making this a particularly stressful time for them. They were especially nervous about some collectible items on the second floor and requested that we accompany buyers during their tour. I was happy to show your son the home, and I remember your visit very differently than how you have described it. After all offers are in, it is the best practice to try to negotiate the best terms for the client. After reviewing my communication with your agent, I can tell you that the interaction was respectful and cooperative, equally as the other agents representing buyers interested in this property; and all of the agents advocated well for their clients, as we did for ours.
