Unfortunately for the seller they were on the market well before we listed the property. I am available live 7 days a week and answer all texts and calls. The seller wanted offers and we sold the property in less than 45 days in a market that shifted to higher interest rates. I have zero negative reviews in 29 years of selling properties. The seller was frustrated because the agent before cost them 10s of thousands by brining a bad un qualified buyer. Unfortunately I paid the price for a prior agents faults. Google my name and reviews with video testimonials and sales.. I wish the seller best of luck I know they were facing health issues too.
