I'm so sorry you felt this way. It was very clear, from the beginning, that you weren't really interested in the property. Furthermore, the questions you were asking had to be passed along to the owner for approval. This is why I was saying, I don't know, but will find out. And lastly, because this was an open house, I am required to answer the phone as well as show the property. Best of Luck!
