These are first time seller's and didn't understand how the process worked even though it was explained over and over. It's sad they feel like that. Patty was in the hospital and the day she was released, she went over to take new pictures and the pictures were good, just NOT what they wanted. I guess they forgot that we got more money for them on the counter we wrote up. There is a saying " You can't please everyone". We did call Cami more cause she answered the phone and WE were there to answer any questions. Can't WIN them all.
