Robert, all of this is unquestionably untrue, patently unfair, and taken quite seriously by me when putting my integrity into question. We discussed each and every change to your contract prior to you signing anything by phone or otherwise-including several very late night conversations in all regards along the way. I in fact, invited you to lunch prior to your closing hoping that during the DAYTIME it might make a difference to again go over the contracts happenings once more to make sure you completely understood. You seem to (except at night) and you closed. The closing attorney had mistakenly prepared a closing statement overlooking an amendment-Again, one you signed and was absolutely explained to you all along the way. I stand by each and every contract I write, represent all my clients every day to the best of my ability as I have for 21 years and will continue to do so. You were no exception. I wish you and yours well in the future.
