It was such fun finding your beautiful new home! I am very happy that you have now settled in. Thinking about those details you mentioned, ah Yes, what a lot of them there are! Since our contracts are usually 19 or 20 pages long and have multiple disclosures as well, there are many details for all of us to keep track of. I must say, it is exciting to knock them off my calendar, one by one, as your closing approaches. These details are sometimes bothersome for people and can be overwhelming, but I think of them not only as your protection but as very important steps to your success and a happy new home experience. Even though I’d had a vacation planned for many months …I wanted to make sure you were taken care of from start to finish, as the closing culminated! As the Seller for your home was a For Sale by Owner, whose initial reaction was to reject communication with all Realtors, this sale could have easily gone an entirely different direction. We understand that some people have had previously poor experiences in their real estate dealings for any number of reasons. It is my goal to bring them an example of how a real estate transaction truly can work…how smooth it can be…how good communication can prevail! It was worth the wait and the searching to find this property. From my perspective the fun really begins once you have chosen your “perfect” home. There are so many questions to ask and information to gather, all for your study and consideration. I love that process of researching a property and working our way through the contract dates and deadlines to a successful closing! For a while it can be somewhat stressful as an issue or two may arise, but it is always worth it in the end. Thank you for your attention to detail and rapid response to my inquiries. You did a fantastic job as my partner in all these investigations, especially knowing how very busy you are with your profession! Great job! Have a wonderful summer!!!
