Kevin Dupoux & Julianna Baron moved to one of the beautiful homes i manage and from day one there were problems. Kevin thinks that if he pays rent he does not have to follow the HOA's roles and park his truck blocking the rest of the homes. changing AC filter and cleaning ac drainage line is beyond Kevin, causing floor and AC damage. And these are just brief examples. Kevin you are welcomed to move out if you are not happy in our home. i prefer if you like to break the lease rather than deal with your on going shenanigans.
