Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I take full responsibility for my role in every transaction, no matter how it's perceived, because I care deeply about how people feel throughout the process. I'm truly sorry this experience was disappointing for you. That's never what I want anyone to walk away with, and I sincerely wish it had felt better from your side. While I respect that real estate transactions can be emotional and stressful, I feel it’s important to offer just a little context that clarifies some of the concerns raised. At no point did I intend to be difficult or dismissive. My role as the listing agent is to represent my sellers’ interests professionally while doing everything possible to facilitate a successful closing. In this transaction, communication was complicated by a lender-side switch from a conventional loan to FHA, which we were not informed of until well after the buyers had already signed the amendatory clause in mid-March. Unfortunately, that delay in disclosure created unnecessary confusion and pressure near closing, something I addressed directly and professionally with the lender (I have screenshots available). Contrary to what was written in the review, I received a message from the buyer’s lender after closing stating: “It has been a pleasure working with you… I would love to work again with you in the future.” I even received a gift card from the lender. I also provided thoughtful, factual feedback to the lender post-closing (screenshots available) regarding areas that could have gone more smoothly. Real estate is rarely perfect, but I stand by my conduct and focus on transparency, protecting my client’s position, and working toward a win-win outcome. But at the same time, I recognize that there is always room for me to improve. I will carry this feedback with me moving forward, and it will serve as a reminder that even when things don't go as hoped, my goal is to have every client, on either side, to feel seen, heard, and respected.
