Sorry it did not happen like Tbolter stated . We always conduct at least two open houses in case people can not make it to the first open house . This stunning remodel was very popular as most of our rentals are , and we received at least 20 well qualified applications , and well over a few hundred inquiries from all of the rental sites , and we had maybe over 150 lookers at the open houses , so you know we go through the process with expertise & patience , we don't just grab the first one to come by . Tbolter repeatedly called our office , I counted 15 calls on just my cell phone alone from him ! And I received 7 texts from him which I responded back to him with 6 texts so I don't know where Tbolter is coming up with that we are not very responsive or we don't communicate ? When you receive this many calls from someone you have to wonder who your dealing with ? No other applicant called us more than just a few times . And we did have a tenant chosen but he backed out after several days , so we had to do another open house . We take our time and do a in depth back ground check which takes time & expertise , doing so results in finding happy & long term tenants . Tbolter told me he was having a difficult time finding a rental , so you have to question if he was " way over qualified " as he states ? We have been managing aprx 100 properties in the area for over 35 years so we have a lot of local knowledge , we just leased another property to a previous tenant for the third time ! Many of our tenants have been with us for over 15 years , and we had a previous tenant in this property for over 25 years ! So we must be doing something right !
