Thank you for such a great review, but I need you to understand and remember that we didn’t have much time to look for other properties because you were moving here from another state. We tried to get you many different properties, but someone always had a higher or cash offer. So, I have to give them a higher offer because every time we provide an offer, someone else gets it for a higher offer. So, I did everything in my power to get you, the property.
