Hey! From the start, I helped you both get a hold on the process, narrow down an area that could give you the amount of home and yard you wanted while also being an excellent investment both short and long term. I stayed up late several nights to answer your questions about the inspection report and appraisal. I helped negotiate even more thousands of dollars $ off after we were under contract because of minor inspection results. I am sincerely sorry if there was any misunderstanding at all with the TV mount the left behind on wall. I would never take advantage of anyone and am one of the hardest working Realtors you can find in todays market. I loved working with you guys! I have spoken with your husband since your closing, dropped off your house warming gift and he seemed pretty satisfied. I really do hope you are happy with your home purchase because it has appreciated over $30k in less than 1 year!
