We could not connect user1311180. You are correct I was great. However I showed you more than 1 property. I waived my retainer fee. I sent you properties custom to your specific criteria. I answered many of your questions. All of this represents the time and effort I invested helping you find a home. I requested proof of funds you would not provide them. I ask that you come into the office and sign agency disclosures, you made the appointment but then pulled a no show. Without an agency agreement, i did all of that for you. I heard nothing from 4/02-6/05 then you emailed me requesting to see a property. You still needed to come into the office to sign the agency disclosure and provide proof of funds. I didn't continue to provide you services because I was not sure if you had another agent or funds available to make a purchase. I really think you are being unreasonable and slanderous with your review but it’s okay I wish you the best anyways... Mr & Mrs C.
