Raymond Hackbarth founded American Pacific Ventures, a California corporation, in 1979.  Since then he has led the firm in the brokerage, syndication, financing, development, construction, property management, leasing and sales of large apartment and condominium communities.  In addition to being a real estate broker, Hackbarth is also an attorney and general contractor with broad experience and expertise in these areas.
