I've been sitting at one of her rental properties for 30 minutes waiting to tour. I've called several times with no answer. I've even texted. I've wasted time and has coming over here. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I am sorry to hear this. To clarify the situation, you showed up almost 45 minutes early to the scheduled appointment, after being told that the appointment time could not be moved up. After speaking on the phone to the rental agent, she confirmed she was en route. When she arrived, you had left and did not answer your phone. Our office also never received the required application and documents.
