It's also exciting to see that the entire family is enjoying all the amenities and perks that both the homes have to offer. Mr. Park, first of all, I'd like to thank you for your service. It's an unfortunate situation that in these market conditions, not everyone gets the home they make offers on. Moreover, you being in the financial industry, JP Morgan, should know better about customer service and that you do what's in your client's best interest--hopefully. I do. I refuse to come down to your level and call you names but your statement is filled with erroneous content. Not very professional or ethical with your military, Ivy League and corporate training. Sad indeed. "Raffi asked me..." In no way did you and I talk during the acceptance period. You had a Buyer's Agent who I personally and solely worked with closely trying to get your offer approved. Yes, I had hoped yours would have gone through, specially being a Veteran. However, after I notified your Buyer’s Agent of my Seller’s decision, your Buyer’s Agent wanted me to talk to you because you didn't apparently believe him and YOU wanted to talk to me. As for prioritizing my compensation, as I told your Buyers Agent, the dollar value was the same for both offers but the other offer’s terms were slightly better. It would've made no difference which one my Seller chose. In the end, my Seller, at their prerogative, chose a stronger offer. Yet you choose to slander me for, apparently, releasing your frustration of all your past denials of offers and unfairly directing your anger towards me. You keep saying "He" when I am only a representative to my Seller’s decisions. I did the best I could to try help you and your Buyer’s Agent out, but seems you are one not to be appreciative or trusting.
