I received a text wanting more information about a listing that I advertised. I replyed and asked if they were working with a Realtor and asked their name. . The caller became defensive and asked "Who is this?" they refused to provide any contact information. I discovered the phone # they used was the same phone number of a previous caller. After asking again, telling them I would be happy to assist, The caller then became abusive and resorted to name calling and let me know they knew who I was. I replyed Ï am not the one who is is hiding, and I suggested they continue using their own resources and I was not rude to them. I am certain they had no intention of using me, Instead they only wanted to get something for nothing. Realtors have it tough enough without flippers, or investors thinking we should just bend over for them...sorry..
