Randy Payne is the proud father of two girls, and devoted husband to his wife Kim to whom he married just out of high school. Randy is a second-generation home inspector, with a background in general construction. He began working construction as a teen, then went to a carpentry trade school at Parkway West Technical Institute. He followed that by earning an Associates Degree in Business from the Community College of Allegheny County.
