    Rayna Morgan was a very nice realtor but was not very helpful! She did help with selling our home and took us to a few homes to look at after our home sold but we decided to go with a new build. She did mention that she didn't have much experience wi...

    ***fact: 22 homes were toured, while their previous home was in contract to be sold before they decided on a new build; which they signed the new build contract unbeknownst to me, the same day more homes were scheduled to be toured that evening. ***fact: I didnt attend clients' appts. with the builder because I was never informed of those scheduled appts. ***fact: When I asked if they were renting or staying with family during the build, client already had an apt. lined up to lease. ***fact: No discounts were available except seller paid closing costs if buyers used the builders' choice lender. Buyers were informed of this after I contacted one of the builder reps I had interacted with before. ***fact: There was a broker fee involved, and that fee was paid by me since the buyer refused to pay it. I considered that a nice closing gift since it was $200.
