TJ/REMS was almost completely unresponsive, regardless of issue. Just a few examples: Irrigation system pipes burst during a cold snap, flooded back yard. Called and emailed TJ/REMS immediately. We pride ourselves on giving excellent service. There are times when a property owner or existing tenant puts us in a situation that we are unable to help. We manage hundreds of units and have done so for many many years and have very satisfied clients.
