Tim & Christen Garcia have bought and sold two homes with me, beginning in 2014 (referred to me by past clients). The recent attempt to sell 10424 Troy St. (which I sold to them in 2016) and purchase a replacement home was cut short by the Garcia's because of a lack of showings (market timing) on Troy St. and their desire to have this process happen immediately. Tim & Christen Garcia know they are stating false claims and providing false information.
