Not sure who this is....never left name. Interesting, I have received Dekalb County Housing Authority award for Landlord of the Year. HUD seems to be happy with our maintenance. Probably couldn't pay the rent and had to file eviction, so get negative review. Maybe why their call name is "lowdowndirty"
