My response to this review is coming years later, as I had not seen this before. If I failed to be available at any time when you needed me, I sincerely apologize to you. When working for a large builder, you work with a team and several departments, so I am not sure where we dropped the ball. What I am happy about is the outcome and that you love your home, and again I'm sorry if I made your buying experience less than pleasant. I no longer work with a team or a large builder, so today the buck stops with me!
