    Hello Keith, I have never met or spoken with you, so this review does not reflect an actual client experience and should be removed. I understand your frustration, but it appears it may be more appropriately directed toward your listing agent. For context, the average days on market for properties in 89436 is approximately 44 days. Your home has been listed for 243 days, only 9 of which it was off-market, a shorter period than a standard inspection timeline. I provided verified proof of funds, and my buyer’s financial stability was confirmed directly by the bank’s branch manager. The 14-day extension that was requested represented just 5.7% of your total time on market. Had the extension been accepted, your property at 3110 Rama would be closing in five days. I understand your disappointment, but I believe your frustration may stem more from the extended time your home has been listed than from this specific transaction.
