I emailed my apology to Miho after I was notified of his posting. I have been overwhelmed with higher-than-normal rental listings because of Covid19 induced tenant attrition from the Bay Area. I made an appointment mistake with Miho. I was on my way to show another listing that morning and unaware that he was waiting at a different property. It was a human error, not a careless intention to infuriate a prospective tenant. It will be kinder of the public to give us realtors a chance to correct our mistakes before publishing unforgiving remarks. We aim to serve the communities we live and work in.
