Bought a Single Family home in 2001 in Bolingbrook, IL.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsRico was extremely honest and helpful. We had a closing on a Friday night, and from what I heard, it usually continues until Monday, due to the banks. However we closed on Friday.... Even though our attorney said it would not happen.
