    Chelsie, sorry you were disappointed. First, thanks for your 5-star review for our responsiveness as your call was answered right away which you may not experience from the big rental companies! However, you are not qualified to rate my local knowledge or my negotiating skills because I have never met you. I do appreciate your input suggesting our process needs to improve. We always advertise in advance before a rental is vacant to ensure the homeowners, we serve don’t experience a vacancy. You said you called about a rental that isn’t even available yet and then two sentences later you said you were looking for a rental a month and a half out? We receive many phone calls daily for rentals and although you didn’t speak to me personally, I have advised our small staff to make sure any direct phones from people looking for rentals need to meet our requirements first or we are both wasting our time. I like that you were proactive and called but if you have inquired on the Zillow website, we would have sent you our canned response for what we are looking for in a renter. We cannot show favoritism, and we do not discriminate.
