This is likely a false review but most definitely inaccurate. I don't know who Jaden Brady is but that is not the name of the people that purchased this property. The account of what happened is completely inaccurate. As an Agent, I don't personally have the authority to either force or prevent a particular contractor for repairs or have any say so on when the closing occurs. Those are only things that parties to the contract (buyer and seller) can dictate. The seller in this transaction did have some electrical items repaired prior to closing but the invoices were provided to the buyer's agent. Check my reviews, I have 15 years worth of 5 star reviews.
