Jimmy it was pleasure helping you. I could tell early one the second construction manger was being negligent and something had to be done to get the house built right and repaired. I felt the need to act and he was removed. After many inspections and meetings, with the third construction manger the house was very well repaired leading to a well built house. Construction oversight is never easy and complex, but worth it in the end. I appreciate your business and effort though the process. I'm always here to help. Reza it was great helping you. I know it took alot of effort and time but we got it built right. I was at the house many times during inspections. Helping looking around for defects and making the videos of the house issues for you to see while being out of state. Also all the repair follow ups and meeting with the construction manager several times. I hope the house brings you many years of issue free joy. I am always here if you need advice. Melvin it was a pleasure helping you and your parents and meeting the whole family. I enjoyed it. You treated everyone like family.
