Rick had all the proper tools that were needed for inspection. For example, He had a tool where it shows lack of insulation on the roof. He provided in detail of the plumbing, roof damages, etc.

We received a full inspection of an older condo. All the areas that we were concerned about passed Rick's inspection. From the time he climbed into the attic to when he went outside to check the structure and the meters, no stone was unturned.
