I’ve asked Zillow to verify this account/member and despite them saying it appears fake they won’t remove it. So I guess it’s pretty entertaining. #fakereview. In the case it’s not. Here’s how I originally responded. Sorry you feel this way, I don’t know who you are or when we connected and I’m sorry you feel this way. Wish I would have seen this sooner and maybe could have resolved the communication issue. Not sure which property you're referring to but I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
