I’m sorry our appointment did not work out as you expected. Apparently there was a miscommunication between your husband, myself and you regarding your rental requirements. On a professional level and being a highly ethical person, I did feel it is best to simply end the appointment and move on. While I see what happened here differently than the reviewer, I appreciate feedback from clients and wish you the best in your search.
