Thank you Being prepared and focused we only needed to see 5 homes over a couple of weeks to find your perfect home. Writing the offer the first day it was on the market. As the listing agent said the advice "Roger gave you was perfect". The offer had the safety you needed and was fair to the seller as well and approved quickly. Thanks again :)

Maria welcome to Brandon twp. Mi. Your husband had a big list of homes every time we met. We sure looked at lot homes over 2 months. The homes where selling so fast it took us 3 offers before this one was finally accepted. Patience I would say you will know when the home is right! Wish the selllers had agreed on the first 2 but in the end I think someone made you wait for this ONE:). Our new friendship is the best bonus of being a Realtor.
