I have been selected as the Keyes So. Broward Realtor of the Year 2 out of the last 3 years. This past year alone, I sold 60 homes for nearly $15,000,000. The reviews posted below, demonstrate what other clients think of my superior services. There is a saying that a person's perception is their reality. The party who crafted this less than favorable review is absolutely right about everything they mentioned but only from their perception. I was selected as the Realtor who could best meet their needs. The problems that developed were from the seller's refusal to understand the laws of the State of Florida differ from those of Oregon. From the start, they rewrote the standard listing agreement, and asked me to do things which would violate the Realtors Code of Ethics. Finally, they informed me that they were taping all our conversations without my consent, a Third Degree Felony in Florida. Clearly, these people play by their own set of rules.
