I am so sorry that I couldn't satisfy your needs. You were pretty specific about what area you wanted, the size of the lot and style of home. We never had a chance to go through a complete consultation of which I have found through my years of experience is the best way to help the people I work with get through the process of purchasing a home. Unfortunately I couldn't find a match nor have an opportunity to really get to know you. When I forwarded and showed the lower priced homes based on the brief conversation we had; the homes were not of any interest to you. I'm sorry it didn't work out. The cost of homes are rising and that main factor surprises many buyers based on what they thought they can purchase with the amount of money they have to invest.
