I am shocked! I have NEVER spoken to you or heard of you! I was contacted on Christmas Day evening receiving a voice mail from a Mohammad. He wanted to see a High Knob mtn property on Tuesday. I called him Tuesday morning and let him know I was booked up Tuesday and Wednesday with other clients. He asked if he could walk the property. I emailed him much info (the actual listing and the multi-page covenants including driving directions and gave him permission to walk the property (tiny cabin on a remote mountaintop). Even though I had multiple appointments on Tuesday, I took much time to let him know about High Knob and the area. I also let him know that to view the property with me or any agent would require an appointment and a pre-qualification letter. He contacted me that evening telling me he wanted a new survey because he could not see the property markers on the back side that went down over the steep hillside. I informed him that it was a subdivision, and no new survey was needed. He said he would have one and if the seller didn't pay then he would deduct it from the price. I found the huge subdivision map and took pics and sent to him. He informed me that he was a retired developer from LA and that he had never paid asking price for a property and that he would get it at a much lower price. He asked for more and more info. On Wednesday, I involved my office manage in getting a diagram of the newer septic system, I obtained a county tax plat, researched more info on interior dimensions (this is just a 300+ sq ft tiny cabin) and then pulled strings and got the septic contractor to travel out and up that mountain to get even more measurements for Mohammed! This is what you call bending over backwards for someone! That evening Mohammed called and told me he wanted to see the water running, commode functional, heat on etc. I let him know that the little cabin had no water, no electric on and was winterized. He then had questions about the RV plug... asked to find more detailed info. I called the current owners and they said they never used it. Then on Thursday morning, I called the previous owners at Mohammed's request. They said you just plug into it and it works well. They gave me more details which I passed on to Mohammed. Mohammed then asked me to get him a video. He already had over 40 pictures to view so I did not understand this request, but I was willing to get the video, I just reminded him that He had not provided proof of funds and that would be required when submitting an offer. He said he's never heard of such a thing!!! He arrogantly told me he owned 2 houses in Louisianna, a development in La and property in Michigan. I told him I would get the video, but it would be a little later in the day as I had to travel about an hour to the property myself. I was almost to the property when I received a text from Mohammed saying no need for the video because his daughter had found another property and submitted an offer. Well, more of my time and money wasted in traveling there but I did wish him the best. So, if you are related to him, then you need to get your story straight. I am ranked in the top 15% of the nation among more than a million agents and my reputation is one of caring excellence. You should be ashamed of yourself for posting this libelous, malicious post. But lesson learned.... when a Mohammed calls on Christmas Day demanding to see a property..... do not respond!
