This was our second real estate purchase with Claudia, and we were very pleased with our experience. There were some hiccups along the way involving the loan; an issue with the lender, but she stayed on top of things and checked the status with them every single day and updated both my husband and myself as well as the seller's agent. Every day - for almost 2 months! She also answered all of our questions and concerns immediately and never left us wondering what was going on. Claudia helped me find the perfect investment property. I was looking for something that would provide me with a positive cash flow, but wasn't quite sure on what area I should focus on. She met with me and showed me a few different areas and the pros and cons for each. I ultimately decided to purchase a townhome in Plantation area. If you've worked with real estate agents for long, you've probably met the disinterested agent who considers your transaction to be a bother and wants to put in as little effort as possible. Claudia is not one of those. She helped us as a buyer's representative on a bank-owned foreclosure property, which means it was more work than usual for her, and probably less commission too. Nevertheless, she handled it like a pro, helping us to get the deal, and then making sure our interests were protected. I can think of two or three areas where she went above and beyond to save us money, and there were probably more I never knew about. This included things like recommending a local contractor to do needed repairs after closing, and even negotiating with him on our behalf to get a better price that we could have gotten for ourselves. She was also very responsive any time we had a question or concern. We found Claudia to be the kind of professional whose expertise is well worth the money spent.
