We worked with Ruth to sell our home in Cheshire. We had very few showings and when the contract ran out we switched realtors. The new realtor heavily marketed our home , which Ruth never did , and was able to sell it almost immediately .

Response from Ruth Zeiss on 6/4/2020

I'm not sure why you felt the need to bad mouth me, Julianna Schirra, wife of Manuel Rivera, but I have NEVER taken a listing in Cheshire. I searched MLS for the address you provided with your FAKE "review" only to find that the house was never for sale in 2019 and has, in fact, been owned by the same family since 2003 when it was purchase by Robert E and Jeanine T Boisvert. Additionally, I was living in Montana in 2003, and was not a licensed Realtor at the time, so I couldn't possible have been anyone's agent then, either. If you continue to write false narratives about me, I will seek legal counsel to find out what my options are. Please cease and desist.

Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Cheshire, CT.

Bought a house in 2016, thought Ruth had a back but come to find out no not really. Just sold the house we bought with her and there are things she failed on that screwed us. We got an inspection company she recommended which didn't do a decent job. ...

Response from Ruth Zeiss on 6/4/2020

I'm sorry, Julianna Schirra, that you didn't understand that your average radon reading was 1.0 and that even though there was a one hour spike to 4.0 your average reading was still 1.0 well below the legal limit of 4.0. In order to make you feel more comfortable, I asked the home inspector to run the radon again at no charge. The 2nd time, there was no spike and the average reading remained 1.0. No seller will install a radon mitigation system for an average reading of 1.0 so there was nothing we could have done but terminate the transaction, if you weren't satisfied. You only wanted to live in Cheshire and at the time, that was the only house on the market in your price range so you moved forward with a purchase, that you told me later on you were happy with. I'm sorry but I did my job and if you read the rest of my reviews, except for the fake one you just posted, I am a 5 Star agent.
