Joann, I was appointed by Judge Kramer to sell your home during a nasty divorce. I was given this task because of my experience. During the sale, I was subpoenaed by the judge to give testimony under oath. I am sorry that you were unhappy with my testimony. I am ethical, and I am unwilling to commit perjury. Your ex-husband made extensive repairs to the home after our initial meeting. In the home's original neglected condition with broken windows, a non-working heater, and numerous other issues, I let you know that the home would likely sell 20% under fair market value and would likely be purchased by an investor instead of a homeowner. After the extensive repairs were completed, we listed and SOLD your home for $65,000 more than originally quoted in As-Is condition with no additional repairs. I also helped find a last-minute solution when you abandoned your large dogs in the house the day before the settlement, when the buyers needed to do their final walkthrough. I always go above and beyond for all my clients, and I would appreciate it if you would stop smearing my good reputation online.
