This is not an accurate statement. The people gave false information and social security numbers for their background to hide all the Felonies and criminal background. When their application was denied they threatened to break into the place and take possession and post stuff online if we did not rent them the place. The Cops were called to keep them off the property and their deposit was refunded to them in full.
