This was easily one of the heartwrenching yet heartwarming transactions I've been through in my career. From the selling of your home, to buyers backing out last minute, to almost losing your forever home, to getting your home back under contract quickly with new buyers, to getting your forever home back under contract and then finally closing. What a whirlwind it was but man we made it and I was so thankful and privileged to have been a part of it.
