Emerson, Thank you for giving me the review, on both Trulia and Zillows. However, I guess you forgot to mention that you had the unit for 3 weeks without completing the process. I showed you the unit multiple times, made multiple changes on the lease to tailor your need, waiting endless for you to complete your application and your deposit funds, even offered to meet you one day earlier than planned to get the check, so you can reserve the unit. You also refuse for us to run the credit for your guarantor. I guess it's always easier for one to blame other people for their own failure. My job is to help my client to find tenant for the unit. As long as deposit is not received, the unit is legally available. If there is an offer coming in, I am duty bound to present it and it's up to my client to choose which tenants. I can't please anyone and I am not going to, but I am happy to see my clients getting a group of much better tenants.
