She convinced me to not get an inspection, still paying for that a year out. More on the side of the buyer. She didn’t do her due diligence as a realtor. She was nice but that was all.

Tiwana- as we have discussed privately many times, I never suggest any of my clients to waive an inspection. The property that you offered on had multiple offers which we discussed, two of which waived inspections. I told you what you would need to do in order to come out on top in a multiple offer situation and it was completely in your hands if you were willing to agree to those terms and move forward or decide not to offer and wait for another property. We discussed all options. I’m extremely sorry that you’ve had problems with the property after we closed and I’m sorry that you have negative feelings towards me due to that. I negotiate on my clients behalf to the best of my ability given the current market conditions and current offers on the table. Nobody can make a buyer sign and move forward with a property they do not want to move forward with, including myself. I take pride and representing first time homebuyers and am displeased that this deal went the way that it did as well.
