Sandra Guerra is a San Antonio native having been born and raised in the local area.  She graduated HS in 1996 and quickly joined the workforce.  She has had numerous jobs and in 2000 worked her way up to shift manager at the downtown Convention Center.  She has also completed two years of college and plans to eventually return to finish her Baccauleret's Degree.

In 2002, she decided to change venues and pursue a Texas Real Estate License....
