I am sorry your experience was unacceptable. I worked diligently to help the situation once I was aware of the problem and stepped in as manager. I take my job as a broker seriously and helped to close your transaction for over $20,000 above the original appraised value. I strongly disagree your characterizations, we strive to have satisfied clients, I am sorry that you were unhappy. This was a tough sale, the Buyer was not able to get the loan in the time originally agreed. The per-diem was requested, but was not agreed to by the Buyer. The additional time and all financial details were agreed to by you and your co-Seller.
