I apologize if felt as if I shorted you on the service I provided you. I assure you that my normal practice is to attend all of my client's closings. I do my best to keep my schedule in such order that I can attend. Sometime personal obligations or other deals that need special attention can keep me from attending. On the day of your closing I had another client that was relocating just as you and your family were. This was a scenario where I knew that the title company would take good care of you and my presence wouldn't be required. As for the time I spent with you two while touring homes, I felt as if the time was a little short and I do apologize for that. I hope that you can make adjustments to your review and we can put this to rest.
