We connected, but it did not work out. After applying and paying application fee, and being accepted Scott increased the rent price by $100 a month due to 'non-negotiable' pool maintenance. Wow! In 21 years of selling and leasing real estate I have never helped someone as strange as this woman. She absolutely knew about the rental price and maintenance fees prior to filling out and paying for the application fee. We do have proof of this through our email and text paper trail. She states above that I have 2 stars out of 5 for local knowledge. We are the leading company in this large subdivision for leasing long term properties, by a wide margin and for many years. My knowledge is undeniably pinnacle for this area. Oh, by the way she did end up signing a lease for this property. The owners moved out, she never showed up with the money, never moved into the property and never contacted us again. This should tell you everything you need to know about how strange and unethical this woman really is.
