From the buyer: My husband and I are the “buyers” referenced in the review and this is an unfair portrayal of how this process took place. We made an offer on his property contingent on the sale of our condo. My condo didn’t sell before the offer expired on his home, so we decided to wait until we received an offer on our condo and if the home was still available, we would consider making another offer. We received an offer, so we decided to make another offer on his home, but a little lower than our original offer because there were things that we would want to upgrade. This seller did not accept our second offer, so we moved on and decided to look elsewhere. I wanted to make it clear that there was no “unfair business practices” as he mentioned in the review. Scott fairly represented all properties that we were shown and there was no bias between one or the other to persuade us. He let us make the decision based on what we wanted in a home and we were happy with that!
