    Hello Nadine, I have just today seen your review for the first time. I understand that you are disappointed that I did not schedule a showing with you. I would like to share some information for you to consider. First, I had many people reach out to me regarding this property. I always limit the number of people I show my units to. I pre-screen over the phone to look for prospective tenants that I think are likely the most qualified and the best fit. As a matter of practice I generally do not rent to people with young dogs. This is based on my experience with damage to my units as well as my own experience with damage to my own home from my dogs when they were young. Additionally, I do look for at least 6 months on a job as a basic criteria. As you can imagine with many parties interested in my property I had many people to consider and I looked for those that I thought might be the best fit. I hope that you can understand my position. I do the best I can to be upfront with people. I do not want to waste anyone's time and I never collect application fees unless I have every reason to believe based on conversation that I would be able to lease one of my units to the party applying if they wanted my unit after viewing it. Obviously time has passed, I hope that you were able to find a property that suits your needs. - Selena

    Hi Tanner, as you may recall I reached out to you via text shortly after you posted your review. I am responding here so that others will have an overview of what I texted to you. As I mentioned I had many interested parties contact me regarding my townhouse. I had numerous conversations similar to the conversation I had with you to get down to a short list of parties to show the property to. I ended up showing the townhome to only four parties all of whom like yourself, had good credit, good jobs and good income. I only had one townhome available and unfortunately disappointing prospective tenants was unavoidable. I wish you and your young family all the best. - Selena
