Dear Jess, I’d like to offer some context regarding your concern about the key fob access for your dog sitter. This issue has not been raised by other residents during any tenancy, likely because most understand that in a secured building, arrangements for third-party access—such as pet sitters—must be made in advance. This typically involves either providing them with a key or coordinating directly to ensure access. It would not be appropriate or secure for management to grant building access to individuals who have not been screened or authorized, especially in a community where residents value privacy and safety. We understand your frustration, and we’re sorry to hear that this impacted your experience. However, our priority remains the security and well-being of all tenants. Hello, it looks like you were emailed on Feb 14th,2025. In addition, it looks like one of my staff members have spoken to you in reference to a different property and it looks like from the information we gather you didn’t meet the Credit qualifications at the time of a minimum 600 credit score. I find it very upsetting that you would take to a public forum to review communication and simply you didn’t meet the qualifications. I have received no application or response back from the my messages on the 14th. Thanks for reaching out and good luck with your home search.
