I am very sorry Ms. Enochs feels this way. Before myself and co-lister, Kathy Dames, came into the picture, Ms. Enochs was about to take an offer on her home for $170,000. Her attorney got references of real estate brokers and contacted myself and Kathy to aid in this situation. I got Ms. Enochs an over list price sale at $210,000 as-is and post closing possession which many many buyers decline and request the seller be out at the time of closing. I also was present at the transfer of keys for the post closing possession, to make sure all was fair and my client was supported during this time. She also sent me many messages of how wonderful myself and team were in aiding her at a very time in need where she was able to finally start the next chapter of her life she was longing to do. I cannot help what a new homeowner decides to do with their property, as it is now theirs. There was a great amount of work needed in this home and from what I see, I can tell thousands of dollars were spent to do just so. I am very heartbroken at the review given as I am not only just a REALTOR to my clients, but have become their friends and I thought just that of this situation after being told God was looking over he sending my team at the right time. I truly hope Ms. Enochs is enjoying the new chapter in her life down south and wish her and her children only the best as they were so happy and excited for so.
